I have over 20 years of Coaching experience in both the academic and corporate sectors which has included the following interventions:

Higher Colleges of Technology (Dubai Women's College): Coaching my team of 6 instructors in the development of English for Business course materials for their respective classes, and the design of test papers and assessment criteria for their students.

The Corporate Development Consultancy Johannesburg, South Africa: Designed and trained numerous Presentation Skills and Train-the-Trainer courses for the company's client base, and then coached individual employees on how to give outstanding presentations to their customers and run effective workshops in-house.

Nasser Bin Khaled Holdings Company, Doha, Qatar: Set up an in-house training team through an initial Train-the-Trainer program, followed by multiple coaching sessions with each trainer as they developed their course manuals, program presentations and other learning materials. Also coached team members reporting to me on issues as diverse as effective time management to ensure timely completion of individual tasks, conflict resolution strategies to maintain harmony in their project teams etc..

Nasser Bin Khaled Automotive Subsidiaries, Doha, Qatar: Coached Chief Operating Officers and other Executive Managers on issues ranging from organisational strategic planning, departmental and manager goal-setting, communication strategies to direct reports and so on.
In August 2021, I formalised my 20+ years of coaching experience by enrolling on an online Life Coaching and Counselling course with Training Express. The comprehensive program comprises the 8 modules listed in the transcript opposite, requires learners to pass a final examination in order to be awarded the certificate of achievement above and is accredited for quality by the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Certification Service. NB. I scored 84% in that final examination.
