This is best illustrated in the Code of Ethics workshop that I designed and delivered to almost 1,100 employees in the Nasser Bin Khaled Group in Qatar as it focuses on the notion that only good character can ensure ethical behaviour. Some of these qualities which I value the most highly and apply both in my personal and working life are respect, honesty, courage, fairness, tolerance and understanding, hard work and, for me, the most important of all, empathy.
