Coaching Approach
I have over 20 years of Workplace, Executive and Life Coaching experience in both academic and corporate settings. In Workplace Coaching, my focus is on improving employee skills and / or their productivity. In Executive Coaching, I strive to help clients with managerial responsibility achieve goals that improve both their performance and, by default, the outputs of the organisation. And in Life Coaching, I strive to enhance the existing personal well-being of my clients by helping them to develop cognitive, emotional and behavioural transformations that are sustainable and bring about the changes to their lives that they are seeking.
As your coach, you can expect us to develop a totally confidential relationship based upon complete trust in which your best interests will always be at the forefront of our interactions. This means I'll be asking you direct, personal and often challenging inquiry questions that will require you to think beyond your current status quo, radically deepening and expanding your capabilities and assets, which will then help you achieve your business or personal goals. My role is to facilitate your journey of self-discovery which I also accomplish by deploying effective listening strategies to identify any blocks you may encounter in your quest towards goal accomplishment. When your performance, learning or fulfilment goals are clearly set out, my inquiry questions, effective listening strategies and encouraging 'never give up' attitude will help you to achieve them.
