HOW HIGH-DOSE VITAMIN C THERAPY POWERS UP THE IMMUNE SYSTEM TO HELP RESIST COVID-19

In this post, I want to talk about one of the many things you can do to power up your immune system to help resist the virus which is on every one's lips right now and that is, of course, Covid-19. I sincerely believe that what we have been told about this so-called 'deadly' virus is utter nonsense and there's much evidence all around you to support that if you're prepared to open your eyes to look for it.
However, in this blog, I don't wish to go into the details of this 'plandemic' or 'Covid1984' as it's been called, so I'll just refer you instead to websites like londonreal.tv and greenmedinfo.com to name just two. An absolute must-watch is 'Plandemic Indoctornation' by film-maker, Mikki Willis, on the London Real digital freedom platform, in which the global conspirators - the World Health Organisation, the US Centres for Disease Control, the National Institutes of Health, Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Anthony Fauci from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation - are unmasked for all to see and the evidentiary trail linking them all together.

So, let’s leave the global conspiracy behind us as there's little we can do about it other than to resist social compliance measures wherever we can and certainly refuse to take the vaccine which will not have gone through the necessary safety trials such is the desire to get it out into the world populace, and begin instead with something you can do to power up your immune system to help resist Covid-19 and that's to take high doses of Vitamin C. This essential nutrient, also known as ascorbic acid, can’t be made by the human body but has to come from food or dietary supplements. If you need to take it as a supplement, which you’ll absolutely have to do if you want to use High Dose Vitamin C Therapy to help heal a disease, it’s water-soluble which means any powders or non-gelatine-coated tablets easily dissolve in water.

Vitamin C plays a vital role in a whole range of different bodily functions, which include repairing tissues and functioning as an antioxidant by blocking the actions of free radicals (i.e. unstable molecules that can damage cells) thus helping to reduce inflammation and optimise immune health. Vitamin C contributes to immune defences by supporting various cellular functions of both the innate and adaptive immune system.

So, let’s take a brief look now, then, at the results of some very recent studies in China regarding the usage of High Dose Vitamin C Therapy in the treatment of patients with COVID-19. Firstly, in Wuhan, where the coronavirus first broke out in late 2019, you’ll find one of five hospitals, including Zhongnan Hospital, where all front-line workers were given 2,000mg of Vitamin C daily to keep their immune system strong and every patient with COVID-19 symptoms received 6,000mg-20,000mg of Vitamin C per day. The hospital also conducted a trial of around 50 of the more seriously ill patients who were on mechanical ventilators in their intensive care unit. Half of these patients were given a drip of 12,000mg of Vitamin C twice per day, making for 24,000mg of Vitamin C over a 24-hour period, while the control group making up the other half received only sterile water delivered through their drips. The results showed one-third less deaths, a decrease in inflammation and significantly fewer days on the mechanical ventilators in the patients receiving intravenous Vitamin C.
Even better results were seen at Ruijin Hospital in Shanghai where 50 patients with moderate to severe COVID-19 were also given high dose intravenous Vitamin C to the amount of 10,000mg-20,000mg over a 7-10-day period. The health of all these patients improved, there were no deaths amongst them and their stay in hospital was 3-5 days shorter than the other patients. Furthermore, no patients in either of these two studies suffered any side effects from this High Dose Vitamin C Therapy. There are other trials on the effectiveness of High Dose Vitamin C Therapy in treating 500 patients suffering from COVID-19 pneumonia planned in Palermo, Italy, and more trials scheduled in New Zealand, Malaysia and South Korea. And finally, even the World Health Organisation Coronavirus Roadmap recommends Vitamin C as one of the interventions for the care of seriously ill COVID-19 patients.

I’d like now to take you through the top five regular foods highest in Vitamin C and then discuss two much more obscure ‘superfoods’ which will take your recommended daily allowance through the roof. You should know that fruits and vegetables lose Vitamin C when they’re heated or stored for a long time and so consuming such foods in their raw state is the most nutritionally beneficial. As I've previously mentioned, the recommended adult daily allowance of Vitamin C in the United States is 65mg-90mg. So, with that in mind, know that at the top of our regular food list per 100-gram serving is guava which contains around 230mg per 100g, bell peppers come in next at approximately 130mg, then kiwi fruit at 95mg, broccoli at 90mg and then papaya at 60mg per 100g.

Other fruits high in Vitamin C are, of course, citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruit. Grapefruit, for instance, is an immune-boosting essential. The red and pink varieties are especially nutritious because, as their rosy colour indicates, they’re packed with bioflavonoids, which are phytonutrients. Other greens high in vitamin C include kale, spinach and Swiss chard as they also contain folate, another immune booster.

If we turn to ‘superfoods’, let me just mention two Vitamin C power punchers. Firstly, Camu Camu fruit, mostly grown in the Amazon rainforest in South America, is incredibly potent, containing over 20 times more Vitamin C than most citrus fruits. In fact, just one 5-gram teaspoon of organic camu powder packs 680mg of Vitamin C, which is 760% of your daily needs, between 8-12 times more than the US Recommended Daily Allowance. A second Vitamin C ‘superfood’ is the Acerola Cherry, native to South and Central America. One level teaspoon of Acerola Cherry powder is equal to 630mg of Vitamin C. Both products can be purchased online but do ensure that they’re 100% natural as naturally-derived vitamin C means nutrients stay in the blood for up to 12 hours which is far longer than the bio-availability of most industrially processed Vitamin C products.
If you want to follow a High Dose Oral Vitamin C Therapy in order to super-charge your immune system either to help prevent or more rapidly recover from an infection, there are one or two things you need to know first.
